How to use your patient portal

• Request or manage appointments
• Upload medical records or outside lab results
• Complete intake forms before scheduled visits


Messaging Response Time

Portal messages are typically reviewed within one business day.
For urgent or emergent medical concerns, please seek care at the nearest urgent care or emergency department.

Appointments can be scheduled through the portal. If you need assistance scheduling or have questions about your care plan, our team is happy to help.
